Raymond Chong is director of the Movement Science Lab at the Department of Physical Therapy, Augusta University, USA. He has joint appointments in the School of Graduate Studies, Vision Discovery Institute & Institute of Neuroscience. He received his PhD in Exercise & Movement Science at the University of Oregon in 1997 and is first author in over 75% of his peer-reviewed papers.

Neuroscience

Dr KrupaTorne is among the few super specialists who have been internationally trained in the field of Paediatric Neurology. At present she is heading the department of Neurosciences at Surya Childrens multispecialty Hospital in Mumbai, India. She has completed her Fellowship in Paediatric Neurology and Epilepsy from Maharashtra University Health Sciences at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Hospital and Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Mumbai. She has had a brief stint at the University College London Hospital, a premier academic institution cum hospital in the UK. She has been trained in Paediatric Neurology at Birmingham Children's Hospital where she successfully completed her International Fellowship in Paediatric Neurology, Epilepsy and Neurorehabilitation. To complement her advanced training in Paediatric Neurology she has completed many prestigious International courses like British Paediatric Epilepsy Training Course, British Paediatric Movement disorder Training Course in UK. She has also been trained for Ketogenic diet for drug resistant childhood epilepsies at the Asian Institute of Ketogenic Diet. Dr Torne has many accolades to her name which complements her meticulous and explicate personality. She was honoured by International Bursary from European Paediatric Neurology Society with an opportunity to attend one of the prestigious courses in Paediatric Neuromuscular disorder and Neonatal Neurology at Budapest in Hungary. She was invited to attend the valuable Movement Disorder International Winter School Course by Movement Disorder International society at Catania in Italy. As a feather in her cap she was invited as a Chief Guest in World Congress of Anatomist held in Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences in Karnataka. She has to her credit valuable publications in reputed peer reviewed International Journals. She has presented many national and international papers in Cambridge, Birmingham, Italy, France and Hungary. She is affiliated to many International and National Paediatric Neurology and Epilepsy associations.

She is a recipient of MRCPCH UK, an internationally acclaimed medical qualification. Her research interest is in complex paediatric epilepsies, ketogenic diet and paediatric movement disorder.

Surya Pratap Singh currently working as a Professor in the department of Biochemistry in Banaras Hindu University .He has done his Post-doctoral training from 2000 to 2008 from Uinv. of Illinois at Chicago & Johns Hopkins, USA and 1995-1996 from National Institute of Neuroscience, Tokyo. Japan. He received his PhD degree from IMS, Banaras Hindu University in 1994 and completed his MSc from Faculty of Science, Banaras Hindu University in 1986 and BSc in 1984 Faculty of Science, Banaras Hindu University.

Tinatin Chabrashvili is trained in Psychiatry & Neurology and Radiology. Dr. Chabrashvili graduated from the Tbilisi Medical Institute in 1985. Tinatin Chabrashvili performs the following procedures: Hospital discharge day management, more than 30 minutes; Established patient office or other outpatient, visit typically 40 minutes; and New patient office or other outpatient visit, typically 60 minutes and 7 more. Tinatin has 33-year experience. Tinatin has accepted or still accepts plans from: Harvard Pilgrim, Minuteman Health. She currently resides in Boston. She honors the awards of Gold Medal for Excellence, Educational Ministry of Georgia, The Fogarty International Fellowship, NINDS/NIH, Bethesda, MD, The 6th Annual AstraZeneca Young Cardiovascular Investigator Meeting, Quebec, Canada,The Sellie Mae Young Investigator Award, National Kidney Foundation

Sri Pooja Ravipati is the mentor for the Face Recognition System workshop using OpenCV and Python in JNTU. She worked as Research Assistant in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2017. Prior to this, She worked as Research Intern in Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2016. She is the Chair-person of IETE Student Forum (ISF) of JNTU chapter and organize various activities. She is the technical lead for ECENTRA a technical symposium organized by department of ECE in JNTU.

The engineering performance of Internet of Things and their applications using Image Processing in present scenario has always fascinated. She firmly believes that Image Processing and Internet of Things (IoT) are truly multi-disciplinary fields having their applications in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision and am working in this area.

Amin Hajamohideen is currently pursing Post Grad Medical Degree at Monash University. Previously, he worked as a Research Officer at Nick Barker’s lab at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore. The lab focuses their research on epithelial stem cell. Prior to this, He undertook an Honour project at Monash University. His research project was on myocardial perfusion in a Hypertensive setting.

Having worked at an epithelial stem cell lab for almost 2 years, it has piqued his scientific curiosity in stem cell regeneration and in cancer setting.

Dr. R. Yuvaraj is a postdoctoral research fellow with School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He has done B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, M.E. in Bio-Medical Engineering (Gold Medalist) from the same university and Ph. D in Bio-Medical Electronic Engineering at the School of Mechatronic Engineering, University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia, in April 2015. Prior to joining NTU, he was a postdoctoral research scholar at the Neural Systems Lab, Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Kentucky, Lexington, USA. His research interests are primarily in the field of EEG signal processing that includes affective computing, brain machine interface and cognitive neuroscience. He has received several innovative research awards (2), medals (4) and certificates on excellent publications and research. He has published several papers in refereed international SCI-IF (Science Citation Index - Impact Factor) journals (15), as well as IEEE international conference (2).

Yi-Wei Cheng is currently a senior student in the department of Healthcare Administration and Medical Informatics from Kaohsiung Medical University. Being an undergraduate, He used to do research work on Robotics, Internet of Things, Biomedical Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Natural Language processing. He has built a 6-dof mini Stewart platform and controlled its movement by inverse kinematics with Arduino Uno. He also use Raspberry pi to build a long-distance autonomous UGV, equipped with real-time surveillance function and remote controlled by Android app. He was an intern at Taichung Veterans General Hospital Computer & Communications Center last year and conducted a project of applying Optical Character Recognition technique on medical services Robot. Yi-Wei Cheng developed an Android App on Zenbo(an ASUS robot), which can recognize patients’ personal data by their personal health insurance card, and then make an appointment on-line or other medical services. Later, the results were submitted to the "2017 TANET" conference, which has been accepted and published. Recently, with the advice of his advisor, he published another paper, " Gesture Recognition of EMG signals using machine learning algorithm", using SVM on EMG gesture analysis, and submitted to the National Calculator Conference.
